Graham Wilfred Jr

Graham is an emerging First Nations filmmaker, screen actor, writer, director and musician based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. Through a tailored mentoring program with Incite Arts, he has developed skills across scriptwriting, film production, directing, screen and live performance, songwriting and DJing.

Graham’s creative practice increasingly focuses on film, including the development of several screen projects and original song for their soundtrack. His achievements include performing at the Araluen Arts Centre through Incite Arts’ Xpress: Mparntwe First Nations Music Mentoring Program and collaborating on his original composition with Opera Australia’s orchestra and singers.

Driven by a belief in the power of the arts to inspire change, Graham aspires to build a professional career in film and acting while creating opportunities for First Nations people, people with disability and emerging artists from diverse communities. He is a growing role model whose work celebrates inclusion, ambition and the creative potential of Central Australia.
